Not every project is the right project— and that’s okay.
We’d rather tell you honestly when a project isn’t a fit than promise something we can’t deliver properly.
SpaceShip Wraps carefully reviews projects before accepting work. We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to decline or discontinue a project based on legitimate business, operational, safety, technical, scheduling, property, geographic, financial, legal, compliance, capacity, or other applicable considerations.
Examples may include:
- Project outside our service capabilities
- Unsafe working conditions
- Vehicle or surface condition unsuitable for the requested work
- Inadequate installation environment
- Inability to meet a requested schedule
- Geographic or travel limitations
- Lack of qualified personnel
- A required professional or vendor being unavailable
- A required license, permit, insurance, certification, or authorization being unavailable
- Project outside our approved scope
- Property access restrictions
- Material availability limitations
- Refusal to provide information reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform the project
- Payment or agreement requirements not being satisfied
- Misrepresentation of project information
- Repeated unreasonable schedule changes
- Threatening, abusive, harassing, or unsafe conduct
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Conflict with SpaceShip policies or contractual requirements
- Legal or regulatory concerns
- Capacity limitations
- Other legitimate business considerations
We may also determine that a requested project is better handled by another qualified provider, and we’ll say so.
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, receiving a quote, creating an account, or communicating with SpaceShip Wraps does not guarantee that we will accept the project.
No unlawful discrimination
SpaceShip Wraps does not use this policy as a basis for unlawful discrimination. Decisions are made on legitimate business grounds — capability, safety, scheduling, site conditions, compliance, capacity and scope.
How a project is reviewed
- Inquiry received — We read every inquiry.
- Under review — We look at scope, site conditions, schedule, and whether we have the right people and materials.
- Accept, ask, refer, or decline — We either take it on, come back with questions, point you to someone better suited, or tell you honestly that it isn’t a fit.
- Quote and agreement — Accepted projects move to a quote and agreement — the deposit comes after that, never before.
