Not an oil change shop. Not a mechanical repair shop.
SpaceShip Wraps performs professional automotive vinyl surface installation. Our core automotive operation applies professional adhesive film to a vehicle’s existing exterior surfaces to change its color, finish or design.
We do not operate as a general automotive repair facility.
A vehicle comes in. Film goes on. The vehicle leaves.
The vehicle enters the installation environment, the appropriate surfaces are prepared, vinyl film is professionally installed using hand tools and controlled heat where appropriate, the installation is finished and inspected, and the vehicle leaves.

This describes the physical nature of SpaceShip Wraps’ core operation. It is not a zoning, occupancy or legal classification. Permitted use, zoning, occupancy, fire, signage, licensing, environmental and other requirements are property- and jurisdiction-specific, and should be confirmed with the appropriate authorities.
Appointment only. No walk-ins.
SpaceShip Wraps operates by appointment. Customers do not drive in or walk in for service — every vehicle visit is scheduled in advance.
The point is a controlled, professional installation environment rather than an open-access automotive service facility.
- No walk-ins
- No unscheduled vehicle drop-offs
- No unannounced customer vehicles
Customers must have an appointment, or specific authorization from SpaceShip Wraps, before arriving with a vehicle.
No routine outdoor customer-vehicle storage.
Customer vehicles are not intended to be stored outside as part of normal SpaceShip Wraps operations. Vehicles are brought to the installation location for their scheduled appointment and handled according to the project’s installation and delivery schedule.
We won’t claim a vehicle could never temporarily be outside under any circumstance. The operating model is designed to minimize and avoid unnecessary outdoor customer-vehicle storage.
How a vehicle visit runs
- Appointment confirmed
- Customer arrives
- Vehicle check-in
- Installation
- Quality control
- Customer delivery or pickup
What that avoids
- No unscheduled vehicle queue
- No parking lot of vehicles waiting for service
- No routine outdoor vehicle storage operation
SpaceShip Wraps is intentionally structured around a controlled, appointment-based installation experience rather than a high-volume drive-in service center.
What this means for the property
SpaceShip Wraps is not designed around constant walk-in traffic or a large outdoor inventory of customer vehicles.
- Scheduled appointments
- Controlled vehicle arrivals
- Indoor installation
- Organized vehicle movement
- No routine outdoor customer-vehicle storage
- Professional customer communication
- Scheduled pickup and delivery
- A clean, controlled installation environment
None of this determines whether a property satisfies its zoning, parking, fire, lease or other requirements. Those remain property- and jurisdiction-specific.
The operation, described plainly.
SpaceShip Wraps’ core automotive operation consists of receiving customer vehicles by appointment, preparing appropriate exterior surfaces, installing professional automotive vinyl film, performing finishing and quality control, and returning the vehicle to the customer.
The operation does not include routine mechanical repair, oil changes, engine repair, transmission service, brake repair, tire service, fuel service, spray painting, body repair, welding, fabrication, or EV high-voltage or battery repair.
Vehicles are received by scheduled appointment. The operation is not designed as an open-access, walk-in automotive service center, and SpaceShip does not intend to operate a routine outdoor customer-vehicle storage area or vehicle queue.
What still has to be confirmed
This describes the physical nature of SpaceShip Wraps’ core operation. It is not a zoning, occupancy or legal classification. Permitted use, zoning, occupancy, fire, signage, licensing, environmental and other requirements are property- and jurisdiction-specific, and should be confirmed with the appropriate authorities.
A specialized installation environment
The core wrap installation process does not require routine oil handling, engine fluids, fuel servicing or spray-painting operations.
SpaceShip Wraps will comply with applicable property, safety, environmental, fire, waste-disposal and regulatory requirements for each location.
This describes the installation process. It is not an environmental claim, and it does not assert that environmental requirements do not apply to a given location.

We wrap cars.We don’t repair them.
SpaceShip Wraps is focused on professional automotive surface transformation — applying vinyl film to appropriate vehicle surfaces, finishing the installation, documenting the vehicle, performing quality control and delivering the completed project.
We’re not trying to be an oil-change shop, a mechanical shop, a body shop or a paint shop. We’re building a specialized surface-transformation company.
